Always problems for Lars
Lars Windhorst has notorious bad luck. The one-time poster entrepreneur fails regularly on the stock market. Now a court has prohibited him from using Vatas as the name for his company. Vatas Holding is not permitted to keep its name. This was the decision taken by Hamburg Regional Court at the end of March. It may only be used by a Hamburg-based investment advisor. The Berlin-based financial investor must change the name without delay.

Vatas must change its name
Berlin-based Vatas Holding is reeling from the next punch. The investment company, which is run by Lars Windhorst, must change its name after the court decision that has now been published. The Vatas name was already used by a Hamburg-based investment advisor.
